Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global has announced a landmark partnership with Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a premium branded residences project in Sector 71, Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram. The project marks Tonino Lamborghini’s first entry into India’s residential real estate market.
Project Overview
Spread across 12.4 acres, the development will offer 812 units comprising spacious 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK residences. Signature Global will invest ₹2,891 crore in the project, which carries a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹4,000 crore. Under the commercial agreement, Tonino Lamborghini will receive a flat licensing fee paid in installments, with an additional fee applicable if the project’s topline exceeds a pre-specified threshold.
